Abune Yohannes II was a distinguished spiritual leader who served as the First Supreme Patron and a dedicated teacher at the college until his passing in 2015 E.C. Renowned for his humility and his exceptional vocal gift in liturgical music, he played a central role in the modern development of the institution and the church.
